brackets of identical specifications, stainless steel ones are roughly 2.3 times heavier. Consider the SK25 model: the aluminum alloy variant weighs 120g, whereas the stainless steel one weighs 276g. Select based on the load-bearing needs of the moving parts.

Q: Is it necessary to lubricate the inner hole of the bracket when installing?

A: Under standard operating circumstances, lubrication isn't required. Should the linear shaft's surface roughness exceed Ra > 0.8μm, apply a minimal amount of low-viscosity lubricating oil (such as ISO VG 32) to decrease the friction coefficient to less than 0.15.
