Lubricating
Linear ball bearings are factory pre-lubricated. Due to the applied amount of grease and the use of double-lip seals (2LS), many applications will not require relubrication (except if the seals are damaged) because in these cases the theoretical relubrication interval exceeds the bearing life.

Production Process
1.Manufacture the complete finished hardened (above 55HRC) bare shaft using either 45 steel hardened or SUJ2 hardened materials.
2.Produce the entire aluminum pallet using various types of standard aluminum pallet molds.
3.Create different types of standard sliders.
4.Store the products in the warehouse.
5.Cut according to the customer’s specific model and length requirements.
6.Drill the hardened optical shafts and aluminum brackets according to the technical specifications for TBR rail or SBR rail.
7.Set the corresponding number of sliders for each guideway based on the customer’s requirements.
Packaging & Shipping
All products will be well packed with standard export wooden case or cartons.
Shafts packed with paper tube or plastic bag;
Linear guideways or lead screwswrapped with film or plastic bag;
Guarantee well protected against dampness,moisture, rust and shock.
