Product Installation Guide
Before installation, it is necessary to calibrate the machine level to a slightly convex state of 2-3 divisions, check whether the flatness, straightness, roughness and appearance of the mounting base surface meet the requirements, machine the mounting holes with CNC equipment to ensure the center distance is 120mm with an error within ±0.1mm, and clean off the anti-rust oil, burrs and other debris on the guide rail.
1. Clean the Mounting Surface
Remove burrs, contaminants, and scratches from the mechanical mounting surface. Clean the reference surface with cleaning oil, then apply low-viscosity spindle lubricating oil.
2. Place the Main Rail
Gently place the main rail on the bed. Use side fixing screws or other fixtures to make the rail fit slightly against the side mounting surface. Confirm that the screw holes match before installation.
3. Preliminarily Fix the Main Rail
Slightly tighten the positioning screws of the slide rail sequentially from the middle to both sides to make the rail fit slightly against the vertical mounting surface, then increase the locking force on the side reference surface.
4. Tighten the Positioning Screws
Use a torque wrench to slowly tighten the positioning screws of the slide rail according to the locking torque corresponding to the material.
5. Install the Secondary Rail and Sliders
Install the secondary rail using the same method, then mount the sliders on the main and secondary rails respectively. At the same time, install accessories such as oil nozzles and dust-proof systems.
2. Place the Moving Platform
Gently place the moving platform on the sliders of the main and secondary rails, and first tighten the side pressing screws on the moving platform to complete the installation and positioning.
