Made of high-strength alloy steel through precision grinding and surface strengthening treatment, the slider is equipped with high-performance bearings or self-lubricating bushings, which can effectively reduce the motion friction coefficient while bearing radial and axial composite loads. Select the appropriate model according to load type (radial/axial dominated), load size, operating speed and working conditions - SUJ2 material + bearing-type slider is preferred for heavy-load scenarios; 304 stainless steel material + self-lubricating bushing-type slider is selected for clean/corrosive environments; for high-speed scenarios, the matching between friction coefficient and maximum operating speed needs to be confirmed.

Installation Note

 

The flatness of the mounting surface should be ≤0.03mm/m, and the roughness Ra≤1.6μm; use positioning brackets to fix the guide, and the distance between the brackets at both ends is ≤1000mm (intermediate supports need to be added for extra-long guides); after installation, use a dial indicator to detect the straightness of the guide, ensuring the error ≤0.02mm/m and no jamming during slider operation.
