Adopting roller or multi-row ball structure design, the maximum static load rating can reach 1200kN. The guide rail section adopts an optimized mechanical structure, and the radial and overturning rigidity is increased by more than 50% compared with ordinary guide rails, which can stably bear the impact load and eccentric load of heavy equipment.

Precision guidance, stable operation
The guide rail track is processed by ultra-precision grinding, with straightness error ≤0.01mm/1000mm. The slider and guide rail adopt a preload design, which eliminates gaps and improves guiding accuracy, ensuring no movement or deviation of the equipment during high-speed operation.

Wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, long service life
The guide rail surface is chrome-plated or nitrided, which improves the corrosion resistance by more than 3 times. The slider has a built-in long-acting lubrication system and dust-proof sealing ring, which can effectively block the intrusion of iron filings, dust and other impurities, and the service life can still reach more than 20,000 hours in harsh industrial environments.

Flexible installation, strong adaptability
Supports single-rail, double-rail and multi-rail combined installation. Installation notes
The mounting surface should be milled or ground, with flatness ≤0.03mm/m and roughness Ra≤1.6μm; high-strength bolts should be used for guide rail fixing bolts, which should be tightened according to the specified torque (recommended torque for M12 bolts is 45-55N・m). After installation, the parallelism and levelness of the guide rail should be tested.

Maintenance suggestions
Check the lubricating oil volume of the slider weekly, and add special lithium-based grease once a month; clean the impurities on the guide rail surface quarterly and check the integrity of the dust-proof sealing ring; in dusty environments, it is recommended to install an organ-type protective cover or a scraper dust-proof device.
