Recently, :HENGYUAN Bearing Manufacturing Co., Ltd. announced that the customized "High-Precision Linear Transmission Modules" for a renowned European automation equipment manufacturer have successfully completed full production, burn-in testing, and rigorous quality inspection, and are now officially packed and shipped. This milestone signifies that HENGYUAN Bearing mass delivery capabilities in the high-end precision transmission sector have once again been recognized by the international market.
This project comprised 120 sets of customized modules, utilizing our newly developed "Ultra-Quiet Miniature Ball Screws" and "Stainless Steel Linear Guides" as core components. During production, the project team overcame technical challenges such as "0.5mm fine lead grinding" and "low-temperature grease adaptation at -20℃," ensuring the modules maintained a repeat positioning accuracy of ±2μm under operating temperatures ranging from -20℃ to 80℃. All products passed a 72-hour continuous running test with a zero-failure rate.

Currently, the shipment has been dispatched to Europe via air freight.
