Through an optimized structural layout, it perfectly integrates the efficiency of screw transmission with the stability of guide rail guidance. Combined with a high-precision grating ruler (optional) for closed-loop control, its positioning accuracy can reach the micron level. Widely used in 3C manufacturing, semiconductor packaging, precision testing, medical equipment and other fields with strict requirements on motion accuracy and response speed, it can greatly shorten the equipment R&D cycle and reduce integration difficulty, serving as a core component for industrial automation upgrades.

High precision & rigidity, stable operation

Adopting an integrated die-cast aluminum base (or cast iron base), internal stress is eliminated through aging treatment, and the parallelism error between the screw and guide rail is ≤0.003mm/m. Combined with a preloaded nut design, axial clearance is effectively eliminated, and the positioning accuracy can reach ±0.005mm, meeting the needs of precision processing and testing.

Selection Points

 

Select the model based on load weight, operating speed, positioning accuracy and stroke requirements - KK40/50 series is preferred for light-load and high-speed scenarios; KK80/100 series is recommended for heavy-load and high-precision scenarios; IP65 protection version with corrosion-resistant accessories is required for humid and dusty environments.

Installation Notes

 

The mounting surface should be milled with flatness ≤0.02mm/m and roughness Ra≤1.6μm; use M8-M16 high-strength bolts for fastening (specific specifications match the module model), and the torque must meet the product manual requirements (e.g., M10 bolt torque of 40N・m is recommended for KK60 series); when multiple modules are linked, the parallelism of each module should be guaranteed to be ≤0.01mm/m.
