The integral frame is made of high-strength aluminum alloy (6061-T6) or cast iron with integrated processing, and internal stress is eliminated through aging treatment. Installation notes: The mounting surface should be milled, with flatness ≤0.02mm/m and roughness Ra≤1.6μm; use expansion bolts or positioning pins for fixing, and the tightening torque should match the motor power (1kW motor corresponds to M12 bolt torque of 45N・m); after installation, check the dual-axis orthogonality and levelness.

Debugging points

 

Before the first operation, manually check the motion flexibility of the slide table and remove impurities on the surface of the guide rail and screw; perform parameter calibration via the servo driver to ensure the dual-axis synchronization error is ≤0.01mm; inject special grease after debugging is completed, and run it under no-load condition for 30 minutes to confirm no abnormalities.
