At a critical period when the global textile and garment industry is accelerating its upgrading and sewing equipment technology is deeply iterating toward intelligence and high precision, the China International Sewing Equipment Exhibition (CISMA), known as the "vane of the sewing equipment industry", grandly opened as scheduled at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. As an enterprise deeply engaged in the field of precision transmission and guidance components for more than a decade, our company participated in the exhibition with the core theme of "Empowering Sewing Equipment with Technology, Driving Industry Upgrading with Quality". We not only brought core products that meet industry needs, but also achieved fruitful cooperation results through in-depth communication with global customers, laying a solid foundation for subsequent business expansion.
After decades of development, the China International Sewing Equipment Exhibition has become one of the largest and most professional exhibitions in the global sewing equipment field. With an exhibition area of over 150,000 square meters, this year's exhibition has attracted more than 1,200 enterprises from over 30 countries and regions, gathering customers from the entire industrial chain, including sewing equipment manufacturers, parts suppliers, and terminal garment enterprises. For our company, this is not only a window to display products, but also a core opportunity to communicate face-to-face with new and old customers, understand market needs, and reach cooperation intentions. As early as the exhibition preparation stage, we formulated exclusive communication plans according to the needs of customers in different regions, striving to achieve efficient connection within the limited exhibition time.
To allow customers to quickly understand the strength of our company, we focused on displaying five core products at the booth: linear guides, rod end joint bearings, linear optical axes, ball screws, and rod end ball joint bearings. These products are all developed to meet the needs of high-frequency movement and high-precision control of sewing equipment: linear guides ensure stable high-speed operation of equipment, rod end joint bearings adapt to complex working conditions, linear optical axes ensure precise linear movement, ball screws realize precision transmission, and rod end ball joint bearings enable flexible connection and transmission. On-site, through concise parameter display boards and small demonstration devices, customers can intuitively see the product advantages, which also laid a good foundation for in-depth communication later.

For example, a renowned German sewing equipment brand had inquired about ball screw precision via email beforehand. At the exhibition, our engineer not only showed them the dynamic product demo but also provided customized screw parameter adjustment suggestions for their new models, dispelling their adaptability concerns immediately. A Southeast Asian garment enterprise, focused on equipment operation costs, was shown via comparative data that our wear-resistant rod end joint bearings extend maintenance cycles from 3 to 8 months, saving nearly 20% annual maintenance costs-giving them a clear view of cooperation value.

On the first day of the exhibition, after testing the combined performance of linear guides and ball screws in the experience area, a sewing equipment manufacturer from India stated on the spot: "I was worried that your products could not be adapted to our high-speed production lines before, but now after operating them in person, I am completely reassured." Immediately afterwards, they had in-depth discussions with the sales consultant on procurement details. After watching the wear test demonstration of rod end ball joint bearings, the purchasing team of a garment group from Vietnam immediately decided to include our products in the alternative list of their supply chain and agreed to conduct an on-site inspection of the factory after the exhibition.

A total of 23 customers signed formal procurement contracts, with a total order value of 1.8 million yuan. Among them, orders for linear guides accounted for the highest proportion (45%), mainly from European and American sewing equipment manufacturers; orders for rod end joint bearings and linear optical axes were mainly from customers in Southeast Asia and South Asia, with quantities reaching 320 sets and 450 sets respectively. Notably, a manufacturer from India purchased 1,000 sets of linear guides and ball screws in one go for the assembly of its new production line, becoming the largest single order of this exhibition.
Cooperation Intentions
Preliminary cooperation intentions were reached with 58 new customers, covering more than 20 countries and regions worldwide. Among them, European customers mainly focused on the high-precision performance of ball screws and planned to conduct sample testing after the exhibition; South American customers were interested in the cost-effectiveness of rod end ball joint bearings and had agreed to send samples later. 30% of these intended customers stated that they would initiate the procurement process within 3 months.
Long-Term Cooperation Groundwork
Through in-depth communication with 12 leading industry enterprises, an intention for "joint technical R&D" was reached. It is planned to jointly develop precision components with condition monitoring functions for the next generation of intelligent sewing equipment. Meanwhile, regional cooperation framework agreements were signed with 3 overseas agents to further expand overseas market channels.
