Selection Points

 

Determine the model based on the servo motor's power (to confirm the bracket's load capacity), frame size (to match the installation dimension), installation direction (horizontal/vertical to select the corresponding structure), and working conditions (stainless steel for corrosive environments, aluminum alloy for lightweight requirements); if connecting to a ball screw, additional confirmation of the coaxiality requirement between the motor shaft and the screw shaft is needed.

Installation Note

 

The mounting surface should be milled with flatness ≤0.03mm/m and roughness Ra≤1.6μm; use 12.9-grade high-strength bolts to fasten according to the specified torque (e.g., M8 bolt torque of 35-40N・m for NEMA 34 motors); after installation, use a dial indicator to detect the coaxiality between the motor shaft and the transmission shaft, ensuring the error ≤0.02mm.
