The flatness of the mounting surface should be ≤0.03mm/m, and the radial gap between the bearing block and the screw shaft end should be reserved 0.02-0.05mm; adjustable bearing blocks need to be fine-tuned to a non-sticking state after installation, and axial preload is prohibited for floating bearing blocks.
