01.After installation, the support bearing loosens during operation. What is the reason and how to solve it?

The main reason is that the installation process did not follow the specifications, and the radial locking screws of the axial locking nut were not properly tightened. For example, workers did not operate according to the manual during the installation of automated production lines. The solution is to reinstall strictly in accordance with the installation instructions to ensure that the radial locking screws of the axial locking nut are tightened in place.

02.After installation, it is found that there is a deviation in the fit between the support bearing and the ball screw. What may be the cause and how to handle it?

It is mostly caused by violent installation, such as tapping or colliding with the nut extended from the ball screw, or improper processing of the support bearing groove (forcibly pressing in external parts). For instance, when installing machine tools in a narrow space, workers may tap the nut with inappropriate tools, causing it to deform. When handling this issue, correct installation tools and methods must be adopted. If deformation has occurred, the damaged parts should be evaluated and replaced.

03.After installing the support bearing onto the screw, the lip of the seal ring is damaged. Why does this happen and what to do?

This is because the lip of the seal ring was not carefully protected during installation, leading to damage or deformation. This problem is prone to occur due to operational negligence when installing support bearings for CNC machine tools. The solution requires careful operation during installation. If the seal ring is already damaged, it should be replaced with a new one in time to ensure sealing performance.

04.The component wear of the support bearing accelerates during operation. What may be the reason and how to solve it?

The main reason is insufficient lubrication. Although the screw support bearing is factory-fitted with an appropriate amount of grease, lubricating oil (or grease) is not added regularly during use. This problem is particularly likely to occur in automated equipment that operates continuously for a long time. The solution is to establish a regular lubrication system, select and add appropriate lubricating oil (or grease) in a timely manner according to the equipment requirements.
